If I could give Shawn more than five stars I would!! My husband is deployed and normally always handles things when they break… Shawn was kind curtsey helpful respectful professional he spoke to me with respect… he explained everything to me at a level! Not to mention the lady at the front office I believe Kerri was her name she was a breathe of fresh air and gave me peace when I was super stressed about my AC going out!!! I will NEVER use any other company!
