I have been using B-Cool for about 5 years. Matt, the owner, is a great guy. They installed a Mitsubishi split unit in out dinning room/kitchen. Great price and I love those units. We also have one in our main bedroom. They do the semi-annual check up for us and it’s well worth the money.
