We needed our mini split moved for a backyard project. Adam identified our existing unit had serious problems and rather than throw money into an old unit that maybe was on its last legs he installed a beautiful new mini for a very reasonable price … the same day💕. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient service … loved the honesty and excellent care Adam and Denis gave us. A++ in our book.

I just had a new AC/heating system installed in my old house and couldn’t be more pleased with B-Cool. They are very professional and honestly care about their clients. The system is perfect and they take their time when instructing about the new smart thermostat. Please don’t go anywhere else. These folks are the real deal and have certainly created a new “raving fan.”

Jeremy from B-Cool is the best at taking the time to actually investigate the problem and work towards a solution. Even when it frustratingly seemed to work again just before he arrived, he took our problem seriously and used his knowledge to test possible issues, until.he was able to fix our heating unit! I can’t thank him enough. B-Cool is also always very immediately responsive once we put in the maintenance request and our landlord sends it over, usually people come the very next morning/same day.

Adam did a great job. He was professional, friendly, and answered all my dumb questions and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for asking the questions. 10/10 would buy him dinner.

Very informative, intelligent , kind, quick & professional! I had a sleeping baby at home and Dylan (our tech) even offered to use hand tools to reduce the noise! He diagnosed the problem & fixed it on the spot with a much more reasonable price than other companies out there :)) 10/10, we will be using again!
