We have recently been using multiple different services on upkeep/improvements to our home. B-Cool has been the best company we have interacted with thus far. Shawn, our technician, was not only especially friendly and down to earth, but clearly skilled at his craft. When it was found we had a leak, we opted to do a diagnostic dye however, the leak was severe enough to where it required maintenance the very next day (vs 30-45 days to find leaks) and they fit us in to their schedule with Shawn staying at our home until 9:30PM and the problem has been successfully repaired. We are soon going to install a separate ductless air system with their company and I do not expect any issues; I have no hesitation to work with them again and would recommend them to any family/friends.
