We got a unit years ago and last month it stopped cooling. They were quick to answer the phone and sent me a technician right away. I was impressed by how diligent Jeremy, their technician was in checking everything and making sure that my system was up and running. He was honest and explained everything.
I will surely keep using them for all my A/C needs.
