At this time, the technician, Shawn Davis is my only dealings with B-Cool Air Conditioning and Heating. Mr. Davis is the most thorough technician I have ever had to analyze the problem (which he only did) or work on my system. He pointed out some concerns and issues that should have been addresed by others for many years and as recent as a month ago. I plan to continue business with B-Cool Air Conditioning and Heating once my warranty company has completed their review. I will not hesitate to recommend B-Cool Air Conditioning and Heating to my family and friends.
